Working Parents with Children:
Home architecture at Candeur Crescent is sympathetic/compassionate to the requirements of working families.
Having a cup of coffee together, talking with the family as you prepare food during the morning rush, going over the kids’ schoolwork, or any other variety of activities to make your time at home pleasant, we tried to visualize all potential outcomes.
There are various types of working households. They typically consist of family groups with one or two adults working in the workforce, not necessarily both working full-time and with different working schedules. With expanding families and busier lives, they are. Daily routines frequently have strict time constraints due to the varying plans and objectives of adults and children. Many of us would like to have slower afternoons and slower nights. Achieving work-life harmony is a goal shared by most households.

A household with two incomes, whether one is full-time or part-time, has many benefits. For example, many working families enjoy a higher quality of living and are less financially burdened. Additionally, they believe they are making a major difference at work and in their family. Additionally, they frequently interact with people outside of their close families, homes, and homes.
Hidden Desires:
We have developed solutions that help meet the hidden goals of working families by drawing on our study and decades of experience building residential communities. Working households typically need:
Areas where the family can interact and connect with one another, familiar and new acquaintances, and neighbors.
- A more robust neighborhood in which to raise kids. Houses that don’t demand a lot of time or effort for cleaning.
- Enough stowage to meet the family’s and children’s expanding needs. A spacious house for incoming visitors and their families.
- Possibilities for the entire family to discover and cultivate their talents and passions; shorter travel periods while engaging in those activities.Living Choices:
Individuals are increasingly favoring living options like: - Increasing food safety and moving toward sustainable food supplies.
- Growing interest in homegrown greens and veggies as well as household gardens.
- Managing refuse removal, recycling, and division responsibly.
- Consuming water and energy responsibly.
- A desire for houses with cleaner air and a greater connection to nature.
We’ve planned the apartments in our community to be suitable homes for working families with children, homes that also have multi-tasking areas and homes that shift from time-consuming habitats to time-earning habitats, taking into account the needs and requirements. The solutions and accommodations that have been added to help address these particular goals of the working families will be apparent as we stroll through each room’s design as evidence of this broader design intent.
Even though we created homes with the image of a normal working family in mind, we recognize that not all families are the same and that not all of their needs are the same. In order to meet your unique needs and specifications, we are now providing customization services (as an add-on service). Our designers will collaborate with you and your family to build a home that suits your needs.
